The vines were planted in 2003 on sandy, silica-rich limestone soils in the\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003elieu-dit \u003c\/em\u003eof Four à Chaux-Sablé in Oeuilly and are certified-organic like the rest of Tarlant's sites. This\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003ebla\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003enc des blancs\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eis around half 2011 and half reserve wines back to 2007. The fruit is harvested by hand, gently pressed and co-fermented with natural yeasts in barrel; the wine does not go through malo. Bottled in 2012 and disgorged in 2021. Zero dosage. 900 bottles produced and 30 bottles came into Georgia and South Carolina.
